SALES POLICY
**Contact us, putting any monies toward a rabbit etc... will mean you have read and agree to the sales policy in its entirety.
**Failure to comply with this policy will be grounds to terminate the sale without refund any of the monies etc... animal will then be relisted.

**Serious inquires only and you MUST be 18 years of age or older to inquire!
**Email~ First/last name, your location, which rabbit you are interested in on our sales page. If it is not listed on the sales page, then we currently do not have it. You can email what you are looking for and I can add you to the waiting list.
**No rabbits under 3 months of age will be sold. Please, do not bother to ask.
**We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
**We reserve the right to alter this policy at our discretion.
**We have the right at any point to cancel a sell and return your monies if we feel it is in our or the animals best interest. If you cancel a sale or do not comply with the sales policy then no refund will be given.
**Rabbits are on a first come first serve basis. Until payment is received, the rabbit IS available and will be sold to whomever contacts me and sends a payment first. First to pay, first to purchase rule applies. I will not "hold" for a payment to be sent at a later date.
1. 100% NON REFUNDABLE payment via Paypal required for the rabbit(s) to be sold and must be picked up within 7 days in Belen
or Los Lunas, N.M. unless we are holding for a later date. We will transport to any shows we are attending if within 30 days of purchase for free.
2. I will board a sold rabbit if you need this. If it will be with me longer then 7 days before pick up then boarding will be $1.00 per day, up to 30 days post purchase date. This must be arranged for and paid in full when purchase payment is sent. If something should happens to the rabbit while in our care we will replace at our earliest convenience. NO refunds only replacements of equal or lesser value when they become available.
3. We DO NOT sell or breed sick rabbits, rabbits with malocclusion's, any known genetic DQ's or that are aggressive. All animals are represented honestly and to the best of our knowledge. We do not guarantee personality, BUT we breed rabbits with nice
personalities and assume the same in their offspring.
4. Rabbits MUST be tattooed with the tattoo WE assigned, if not tattooed at time of purchase. You may call them whatever
name you wish, but on all pedigrees with this rabbits information, the "name" we assigned is to never change.
5. Rabbits are sexed very young and sometimes there will be mistakes on the gender, as we are only human. We recommend that you sex them to verify before purchasing them. If a mistake is made in sexing, I will change their pedigree to the correct gender in our computer and you may change it on the pedigree provided but there will be no replacement or refund. PLEASE CHECK THEM OVER.
If at any point you have questions about the rabbit you purchased from us, feel free to contact me. I will help as best as I can.
I DO NOT ship rabbits. Purchaser is responsible for arranging ground transportation if not picking the rabbit up. If I have to drive to meet a transporter within 30 miles, there will be an additional $20.00 charge that must be pre paid. I will not wait for longer than 30 minutes for a transporter to show up. If a transporter is late and I leave, I will email you and there will not be a refund. If you would like to pay an additional fee for me to wait, you can send it to my paypal so I can verify and it will be $20/half hour for up to 1 and 1/2 hours total.
No refunds and No veterinary bills will be reimbursed under any circumstances on any rabbit(s) you have purchased!
If you are seriously interested in a rabbit from our rabbitry and nothing is currently available, then I can place you on a waiting list and email when something comes available later. I will only make one attempt to email you and am not responsible if I miss an email. Please check back often to see what we have or when we may expect to have some available.
